PURPOSE:To produce organosilanes from monosilane. CONSTITUTION:Monosilane (SiH4) is subjected to hydrosilylation reaction with olefines expressed by the formula R<1>R<2>C=CR<3>R<4> (R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> are hydrogen, alkyl groups, alkenyl groups or aryl groups) in the presence of a metal oxide to produce the corresponding organosilane compound. |
