<p>Prepn. of antibacterial lincomycin-2-acylates of general formula (I) and their intermediary products: -R = acyl carboxylic-, or C =12 alkyl carboxylic-subst. by hal-, -NO2, -OH, -NH2, -CN, thiocyano-, lower alkoxy- e.g. lincomycin-2-palmitate hydrochloride. Antibacterials. Lincomycinhydrochloride (IV) dissolved in dimethylformamide is reacted at 140 deg.C with a soln. of anisaldehyde in benzene to yield 3,4-O-anisylidene lincomycin hydrochloride. This is converted to the base by treatment with NaOH, followed by extraction with ether.</p> |
