PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for heat sealing thermoplastic material, which is capable of connecting a main body of jaw and a thermal strip permanently keeping stability during a sealing jaw operating and can be used for both sides heating not declining precision for long operation period. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for heat sealing includes a main body of jaw 2 and a sealing jaw 1 having a thermal strip 5. The main body of jaw 2, produced in one piece, is provided with a groove 4 to mechanically anchor the thermal strip inside, and an electrically insulating layer is disposed between the main body of jaw 2 and the groove 4. A flange portion of the jaw projecting on either side of the groove 4 is compressed towards one another and the thermal strip to thereby, anchor the thermal strip 5 within the groove 4. |
