PURPOSE:To automate washing of winding core and to reduce running and initial costs by rotating these winding cores around the center line in the longitudinal direction as an axis and moving a hot water injection nozzle along the longitudinal direction of the winding cores in the case of washing the winding core by injecting the hot water. CONSTITUTION:The many winding cores 5 to be washed are first taken by one piece each out of inclined shelves 3 of a winding core supply rack of a winding core supply device 1. The winding cores 5 are then transferred to many winding core cradles 15 of an endless chain 14 of a winding core transporting means, by which the winding cores are transported. In succession, the winding cores are washed by the hot water injection nozzle 11 of a winding core washing device 10. The winding cores 5 are rotated around the center line in the longitudinal direction by a shaft 13 of a tapered chuck 12. The hot water injection nozzle 11 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the winding cores 5. After the winding cores 5 are dried by an air injection nozzle 18 of a winding core drying device, the winding cores are recovered into a winding core recovering mechanism 30. As a result, the washing of the winding cores 5 is automated and the running and initial costs are reduced. |
