PURPOSE:To implement the management of the excellent paper view system even in a radio wave broadcast. CONSTITUTION:A program broadcast signal and a control signal scrambled by an encoder 101 of a broadcast station 100 are sent to a broadcast satellite 200 as a radio wave signal. The radio wave signal from the broadcast satellite 200 is received and descrambled by a decoder 301 of a viewer 300 and the descrambled program is fed to a television receiver 302. Then charging is displayed on the television receiver 302 at an optional point of time such as an end time of the program. The displayed monetary amount is copied on a post card 303 or the like and reported to a charging center 400. Thus, the charging center 400 informs the reported monetary amount to an agency 500 such as a credit company and a bill is imposed on the viewer 300. Then a control signal accounting the bill is generated and the control signal is fed to the broadcast station 100 via a private line and inserted in a transmission signal. |
