<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight laminate excellent in heat insulating properties and heat resistance and having a smooth surface by laminating a foamed material obtained by foaming and curing a compsn. consisting of an amorphous alumina-silica type powder, an aq. soln. of alkali metal silicate or alkali metal hydroxide and a foaming agent to a stainless steel plate. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. consisting of an amorphous alumina silica powder, an aq. soln. of alkali metal silicate or alkali metal hydroxide and a foaming agent is injected into a form to which a stainless steel plate is preset and foamed and cured under heating to be laminated to the stainless steel plate. Or, the compsn. foamed but not yet cured is cast into the form to which the stainless steel plate is preset and cured under heating to be laminated to the stainless steel plate.</p> |
