<p>Open ended cylinder mould is fitted at one end with an insert and capped here. The sausage is forced into the ring space between the mould and insert, is then frozen solid and then when hot water is poured into the insert the sausage mix adjoining this thaws enough to allow the insert to be removed. Its place is filled by the second sausage mix component, say of a different colour or consistency from the original mixture.</p> |
