PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary supervising system for cooking realizing a hygienic food processing, capable of reducing working load on a cooking worker and enabling an accurate recording thereof by automatically recording the manufacturing data. SOLUTION: This system includes a personal computer 1, sensors such as temperature sensor 16 or the like, switches 12 to 14 and controlling devices 6, 8, 11, 15, where all of them are connected with a network cable 7, displays cooking procedures on a display 2 and transfers to the next display when a cooking procedure is finished. In case of the necessity of checking a control point which is an important point on account of food sanitary, the display can transfer to the next after the check is completed by the temperature sensor 16, the manufacturing data such as completion time, cooking temperature or the like are recorded on the memory 3 of a personal computer 1, and as necessary, the data is printed out from a printer 5 in a note form, and read out from an external output device.
