PURPOSE:To provide blood preparation producer of simple operation in which the blood is separated into individual components and the closed system can be maintain to produce various kinds of blood preparations. CONSTITUTION:The producer is shown in the figure and the closed circuit 21 is formed between the blood tank 10 for collected blood sample and treatment parts. A part of the closed circuit 21 is composed of the storing tank 10, the blood treatment unit 20 aseptically connectable to the tank 10 and the inlet 26 for introducing sterilized fluid into the closed circuit 21. The closed circuit preferably forms a recyclable path from the storing tank back to the tank and the germ-free conditions can be maintained without contact with the outer air and the circulation is continuously repeated. The means for fluid introduction is used for recovery of the blood in the closed system, particularly the treated blood in the treatment unit, into the storing tank. The germ-free fluid is preferably a gas. |
