<p>PURPOSE:To provide the color printer provided with a forgery prevention function. CONSTITUTION:Picture data formed based on a YMCBK signal resulting from converting an RGB signal received from a computer are stored in a picture memory 105 in an LBP. The picture data are compared with specific picture data (e.g. data representing a 10 thousands Yen bank note)stored in a built-in memory 108 for each color component at a comparator 109. Based on the result of comparison, a discrimination device 110 checks whether points of coincidence between the input picture data and the specific picture data are a predetermined number or over is checked. When the coincident points are a predetermined number of points or over, black level data are read from a black level data storage memory 112 and a development process is increased so as to paste all color pictures with black level data.</p> |
