<p>PURPOSE:To previously and accurately predict the collapse phenomenon of a building. CONSTITUTION:Physical data on pillars and beams as constituent members of the building and data for dividing the constituent members into a finite number of elements are inputted from a keyboard, etc., and an element rigidity equation is found from the input data by using a finite element method. In the process, it is decided whether or not all plastic sections are in the center of the elements after a numeric integral point is positioned in the element center and when it is judged that the all the plastic sections are generated not in the element center, the numeric integral point is moved according to the relation between the plastic hinge formation position (s1) and numeric integral point (r1) by a shifted integration method so that a plastic hinge is formed at the position. An entire rigidity equation is found from element rigidity equations and the behavior of a rigid body is analyzed from the entire rigidity equation to display the collapse phenomenon of the building. Thus, the numeric integral point is moved to a proper position to find the collapse phenomenon of the building, so the collapse phenomenon of the building can previously and accurately predicted.</p> |
