Roof coping wind protected ventilation system - with continuous deflectors spaced in front of coping hood

The roff ridge air outlet is of the continuous type applied to cold roof ridges, with hoods firmly fixed relative to the roof membrane at an interval from the ridge opening by spacers. Reflectors (6, 7) are fitted, running evenly in front and at an interval from, both edges (1a, 1b) of the ridge hoods (1) on the roof membrane (2). These deflectors may be angles shaped-section units, with one shank (6a, 7a) running level with the roof membrane, and the other (6b, 7b) protruding from the membrane at least as far as the height of the surface of the roof ridge hoods.
