Analogue inverter with CMOS amplifier - has non-inverting input switchable to reference potential

The inverter is for inverting an analogue signal at given intervals of time. An analogue CMOS amplifier (VI) is employed connected so that it can operate both as an inverting and a non-inverting amplifier. Both the inverting and non-inverting inputs of the amplifier are connected via two separate, but equal, resistors(R) to the input terminal (E). The non-inverting input can be connected by a switch (S2) to a reference potential.
