The ventilation system comprises an air suction end cleaning apparatus (12,13,15) having a ventilator (14) and an air distribution channel (16) having blower openings (17) into the crew cabin. Advantageously, a sealable passage opening (20) is provided between the crew cabin (2) and the engine room (5).
