发明名称 COMBUSTION CONTROL METHOD OF HEATINGGUP FURNACE FOR DENITRATION OF SINTERING EXHAUST GAS
摘要 PURPOSE:To safely and surely perform controlling of a heating-up furnace for denitration of sintering exhaust gases using sintering exhaust gases as auxiliary fuel gas by measuring the CO density of the combustion gas near the outlet of said furnace and judging the combustion conditions of said heating-up furnace. CONSTITUTION:The combustion exhaust gas having been heated up by being passed through the low-temp. side of a heat exchanger 1 is passed through a booster 2 and a heating-up furnace 3, after which it is mixed with NH3 and the mixed gases are passed through a reactor 4 packed with denitration catalysts. Thence, they are passed through the high-temp. side of the heat exchanger 1. In this case, the CO- detected signal from detector of CO density in combustion gas provided near the outlet of the furnace 3 and based on the results of the detection thereof, the combustion conditions of the furnace 3 are judged and the combustion controlling is carried out as follow: The supply amount of combustion exhaust gas and/or air is so controlled as to perform perfect combustion until the CO density reaches the predetermined valve just before putting-out of fire. When the CO density reaches the value at the putting-out or the value close to this, an alarm is emitted according to need to shut off the supply of the fuel.
