The erection aid serves to improve or restore the capacity to have sexual intercourse of men with inadequate or missing erectility, especially due to organic causes. The problem of previous erection aids of similar design in the form of a penis sleeve of an elastic, sufficiently stiff material open on both sides and with a longitudinal slot on the ventral side, namely the attachment of the sleeve permanently on the penis, is solved, according to the invention, by a special device with which the prepuce is pushed back over the upper edge of the sleeve and is stuck on the outside. This device may comprise a strip of an elastic skin-adhering tape, a separate cuff provided with an adhesive strip, or several lips provided on the penis sleeve. An arched extension on the lower, ventral end of the penis sleeve through which the scrotum is pulled on application additionally ensures, according to the invention, the natural erected position of the penis. <IMAGE>
