PURPOSE:To improve the linearity of conductivity to be detected, and also to manufacture easily a titled detector, by forming an electrode in the shape of a taper, and providing a taper on each prescribed part of a spacer and the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A fluid to be measured is supplied into a cavity part from a pipe 1, and thereafter, passes through the inside of a pipe 1' and flows out to the outside, etc. Also, in the cavity part, the fluid to be measured is deected with respect to its conductivity by electrodes 10a, 10b, detecting signals are sent to a signal processing part through connecting terminals 11a, 11b and also through lead wires 12a, 12b, respectively, and prescribed operation processing is performed, by which the conductivity of the fluid to be measured is calculated and displayed. Also, the smaller the inside diameter of a spacer 9c beomes, the smaller dead capacity 13 beomes, but since each prescribed part of the spacer 9c and the electrodes 10a, 10b is formed in the shape of a taper, a state that a cell constant corresponding to the product of conductivity and electric resistance of the fluid to be measured is large and the dead capacity is small is held. |
