PURPOSE:To enable to control the quantity of lubricating oil supplied to a bearing, by feeding oil in a bore to the bearing through the rotation of a turning shaft, and returning the oil passed through the bearing back into the bore. CONSTITUTION:When a turning shaft 3 is turned in the direction shown by an arrow A in the drawing by pressure oil supplied to a cylinder 7 in a cylinder block 8, a centrifugal force is applied to oil by the pumping action of a groove 3c. Resultantly, oil in a bore 1 is supplied to a roller bearing 11' via a passage 1a and discharged into a chamber 13 by the pumping action of the groove 3c. The oil thus introduced into the chamber 13 is carried back into the passage 1a via a passage 16 and lubricates the roller bearing 11'. Thus, it is enabled to control the quantity of lubricating oil for the bearing. |
