PURPOSE:To decode image information transmitted from plural video conference terminal equipments with one decoding means and to simultaneously display the information on the same screen. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of a reception control means 10 for receiving compressed image information from the plural video conference terminal equipments, a multiplexing means 100 for multi-plexing the output of the reception control means with a following method, a decoding means 12 for decoding the multiplexed compressed image information outputted by the multiplexing means 100, an image memory 14 for temporarily storing the decoded image signals outputted by the decoding means 12, converting means 16 for converting the decoded image signals stored in the image memory 14 to analog signals to be displayed, and a television monitor 18; and the plural terminal pictures can be simultaneously displayed on the same screen. |
