PURPOSE:To obtain a complete one-push and one-close output by providing a resistance between a power source and the power-source side terminal of a switch and a parallel circuit of a resistance and a capacitor between the ground side terminal of the switch and GND. CONSTITUTION:The current of a falling clock by the contact operation of the switch 2 depends only upon the displacement current of a capacitor 4 and even when the switch 2 is closed continuously, there are few noises generated in the whole circuit in the contact operation because the resistance 3 is a high resistance and a low current flows. When the switch contact is made and broken, an accurate one-push, one-close falling waveform output having no noise is obtained, so the output is inputted directly to a counter and a shift register IC.
