PURPOSE:To execute complete reproduction as a high speed rate signal by recording discretely a signal on a recording track for executing the recording at a lower speed than that of a time of reproduction, and also, to only a place corresponding to a head scan position at the time of reproduction. CONSTITUTION:According to the titled system, a signal is recorded discretely on a recording track for executing the recording at a lower speed than that of a time of reproduction, and also, to only a place corresponding to a head scan position at the time of reproduction. For instance, a buffer memory part consists of a RAM 23, a write address counter 24, a read-out address counter 25, and a changeover switch 26 of both of them. In this state, clock pulses applied to two counters are set as each different intermittent clocks (c), (d), and the switch is switched by a continuous clock (b). In such a way, a time arrangement of the signal is varied from (a) to (e) before and after the memory.
