PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which can be cured with a small amount of water, has excellent pot life and workability and gives cured products having excellent physical properties, by blending a specified copolymer with a zirconium chelate compd. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl monomer (a) having an alkoxysilane group of formula I (wherein A is a group of formula II or III; R1 is H or CH3; R2 is a 1-6C bivalent aliph. satd. hydrocarbon group; R3 and R4 are each phenyl, a 1-6C alkyl or a 1-6C alkoxy; R5 is a 1-6C alkyl; and n is 1-100) is reacted with a vinyl monomer (b) having an oxirane group [e.g., a (meth)acrylic ester having an alicyclic oxirane group] in a weight ratio of a:b of 1:0.02-10,000 and optionally, not more than 99wt% alpha,beta-ethylenically unsaturated monomer (c) to obtain a copolymer (A) having a number-average MW of 3,000-100,000. 100pts.wt. component A is blended with 0.01-30pts.wt. zirconium chelate compd. (B) having neither hydroxyl group nor alkoxy group directly attached to Zr [e.g., tetrakis(n- propylacetoacetato)zirconium] as a crosslinking curing agent to obtain the title compsn. The compsn. can be crosslinked and cured in the presence of a small amount of water (e.g., moisture in air) at 100 deg.C or lower.
