PURPOSE:To conduct baking at the same time as conductive metals such as Ag and Cu, to provide a high dielectric constant and Q-value in a high frequency range, to provide an excellent temperature characteristic of resonance frequency, to further reduce the size and to improve the performance of a high-frequency electron circuit base board. CONSTITUTION:The composition formula is expressed by aLaO3/2bCaO/cTiO2/ dMgO, where 0.15<=a<=0.25, 0.25<=b<=0.35, 0.38<=c<=0.43, 0.07<=d<=0.13, and a+b+c+d=1. Silicate glass is added to the composition by the ratio of 35-60wt.%. |
