发明名称 RECOVERING AND REUTILIZING OF EXHAUST GAS DISCHARGED FROM HIGH-PRESSURE REACTION FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To recover exhaust pressure gas and to reutilize it as homogeneous gas, by temporarily recovering exhaust gas fed from a pressure equalizing hopper into one chamber of a recovery hopper for extrusion pressure gas which is partitioned with a freely deformable diaphragm in an exhaust pressure process of the pressure equalizing hopper. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized fluid branched from a blast main for a hot blast stove is introduced into a recovery hopper 36 of exhaust pressure gas via a pressure pipe 39 and pressurization is performed for the exhaust pressure gas from the rear surface of a pressure diaphragm 35 and thereby the exhaust pressure gas once filled in the recovery hopper 36 is pushed back to a pressure equalizing hopper 42. Then the exhaust gas remaining in the recovery hopper 36 is forcedly pushed back into a furnace 3 or a pipeline of the top of the furnace or the like by closing an equalization-extrustion valve 25 and opening a gas recovery valve 27. This gas recovery process is performed by considering that the amount of recovery gas at a discharge differs from the amount of exhaust pressure gas by means of the volume of a raw material changed into the pressure equalizing hopper 42.
