PURPOSE:To precisely report and display the motion of a mobile object in an image even when the possessing interval of the image and time required for transmitting the image are different. CONSTITUTION:An image storage device 46 i for transmission is provided on an image transmission side A, and the image provided by an image input device 41 and the image possessing interval are stored and transmitted through a transmission line 13. On the other hand, an image storage device 47 for display is provided on an image reception side B, and the transmitted image and image possessing interval information are received and stored. Based on this transmitted image and image possessing interval information, an image display device 45 performs display at the same interval as the image possessing interval. Thus, even when the transmission speed of the transmission line 13 is low, the image can be transmitted and displayed without damaging the real motion of the object. Further, since the possessing interval is converted by a conversion formula previously prepared at the image display device 45, the image intentionally worked such as fast forward or slow reproducing can be displayed. |
