PURPOSE:To complete colour exchange of an insulated wire in a short time by after winding up a coated wire with one colour material, decelerating the wire winding-rate around a bobbin and exhausting the portion where various colour materials are mixed from a material outlet of a drawer. CONSTITUTION:After a colour material 30 of needed quantity is weighed and supplied to a drawer 1, following supply of other colour material 31 is initiated. When a coated wire 12 of the colour material 30 is wound up, the wire winding- rate around a bobbin 16 is decelerated until the colour material 30 is exchanged with the colour material 31 and the portion where various colour materials are mixed is exhausted from a material outlet 1e of the drawer 1. A colour material is, thus, exchanged with another in a short time and the quantity of degraded wires are lessoned in accordance with decelerated winding-rate. |
