PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity by forming on a conductive substrate a photo sensitive layer comprising polycyclic quinone pigments higher and lower in crystallinity. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer comprises the polycyclic quinone pigments composed of the one higher in crystallinity 5 and the one lower in it 6. The higher one 5 satisfies b/a > 2, and the lower one 6 does b/a < 2, where (a) is the length of the shorter axis of the crystal and (b) is the length of the longer axis, thus permitting the sensitivity to the visible light to the improved. |
