PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of defective product by a method wherein a punch, with which a punched hole also serving as a hanging hole is produced in a hanging allowance part, and heat pins, with each of which a melted hole is produced near the punched hole, are provided in a blanking part. CONSTITUTION:When tubular continuum 2 placed on a laminating stand 6 is out off at a cutting unit 1, a body 5 with both its ends sealed is fixed onto the top surface of the laminating stand 6 by pressure with a lowering pressure plate 9, while heat pins 8 ascend so as to produce melted holes 10a in the body 5 with both the ends sealed. After that, when the predetermined number of the bodies 5 with both the ends sealed are laminated onto the stand 6, a tilting plate 7 is raised up to the horizontal position through the actuation of a cylinder 12. Under the above-mentioned state, a holdingly carrying means 14 holds the ends of the bodies 5 with both the ends sealed and, after that, the drawing out of the heat pins 8 beneath the laminating stand 6 and the ascending of the pressure plate 9, then is put into actuation so as to correctly position the bodies 5 with both the ends sealed to the predetermined position of a blanking machine 11. After that, by lowering a vertically stand 23, the bodies 5 with both the ends sealed are blanked on a stationary stand 23' equipped with fixed blades 20' so as to form opening parts 16 and hanging allowances 16' and to leave grip parts 17 and 17'. Thus, no laminated state of the bodies 5 collapses during the lamination and transfer of the bodies, resulting in allowing to bring the generation of defective product to nil. |
