In order to ensure in a recycling grinding arrangement for grinding brittle material to produce for example cement, comprising a high-pressure roller press which is operated with a high pressing force and has crushing of the material bed, and a disagglomerator/sifter connected downstream of the roller press, the coarse-grade discharge (grit) being recycled at least partially to the material charging shaft of the roller press, that the construction height of the entire recycling grinding arrangement remains small and only requires a small amount of space and a small degree of outlay in terms of machines, it is proposed according to the invention that the sifter (17) be constructed directly above the roller gap of the roller press (10) and that the lower part of the sifter (17) be constructed as the material charging shaft (14, 14a, 14b) with charging of the fresh material (11) for grinding and of the sifter grit (25) to the roller gap. ……
