The vendor for operating with the cash includes a pump (90) pumping oil from a tank (80), a nozzle switch (100) switching on/off the oil supplied through a hose (4), an electronic accumulator (70) displaying the accumulated price corresponding to the supplied oil, a cash identifier (10) identifying the input cash, an analyzer (20) analyzing the cash data like a cash size, form, length, special ink, and radiating wave length etc. supplied from the identifier, a controller (30) comparing the supplied data with the reference stored in a ROM, an escrow (40) receiving or returning the temporarily stored cash with signal of the controller, and a solenoid valve (60) controlling the supplied oil with signal of the controller.
