The head drum cleaning device drives a head cleaning arm by a slide base in a camcorder of a slide loading system. The device includes a fixation base on which a turning head drum is set; a slide base having a reel slid on the fixation base with a driving source of a loading motor set on this fixation base and moved to the turning head drum side; a head cleaning part set turning pivotally in one side of the turning head drum on the fixation base; a turning unit set for turning pivotally on the fixation base on one side of the head cleaning support part to move in association with a driving part of the slide base to make the head cleaning support part attach to or detached from the turning head drum.
