METHOD OF PREPARING HOLLOW FIBER USING AS NYLON-6 STOCKING

The hollow fiber useful for nylon 6 stocking is prepared by: spinning a nylon 6 polymer of 3,800-4,500 m/min spinning speed, and quenching and curing to prepare high oriented non-drawn fiber of 5-30 % hollow ratio; drawing of 1.1-1.3 times. The process is characterized by: forming hollow on the central part of the partially oriented yarn using with a special structure nozzle in the spinning process. The obtd. hollow fiber is useful for giving excellent stocking because of reducing torque deviation, and homogeneous surface of the stocking, and spark effect because of different reflection of lights.
