CONSTITUTION:An operating piece 21 is installed on the rod 12 of a vibration suppressing device 9 for a speed governor rope 8, and an automatic return type detection switch 22 which is operated by the operating piece 21 is installed on a car 4, and when the speed governor rope 8 is shifted over a set value by the swing of the car, the detection switch 22 operates, and a detection relay 25 transmits a signal, and an alarm buzzer 31 operates, and a control circuit 32 stops the car 4 temporarily. |
