PURPOSE:To reduce a cost by reducing the dimension of a thickness direction of a rotor and employing components having low heat resistance grade, and to improve maintainability and yield. CONSTITUTION:The brushless motor comprises a stator 23 having an annular stator core 1, a core insulator 2 molded integrally with a slot insulator and a winding shroud of the core 1, a winding 3 provided at a toothed part of the core 1, and a winding end winding pin 4b for winding an end of the winding 3 provided at an inner shroud 2a which are integrally molded with thermosetting resin so as to expose part of the pin 4b on a bore surface. Further, the motor comprises a printed board 4 mounting a surface mounting component 5a for a driving circuit, having a hole to be inserted with the pin 4b to fix while holding conductivity and disposed inside the shroud 2a, and a bracket 24 fixed to the stator 23 to rotatably hold a rotor 25 through a bearing 26. |
