PURPOSE:To obtain gelidium jelly from agar-agar in a short time. CONSTITUTION:Fine powder of agar-agar is produced by washing agar-agar with water and drying it to a water content of <=5wt.% before the pulverization to pass a 500mu JIS standard sieve. Gelidium jelly is produced from a gelidium Jelly raw solution of the filtrate obtained by filtering an extract of the fine powder of agar-agar with water heated at >=70 deg.C through a filter material having fine pores of <=250mum. |
