PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic apparatus for producing rolled SUSHI excellent in workability, consisting of a hopper unit, a delivering device and a winding device equipped with the delivering device and capable of certainly winding up even a small size of rolled SUSHI (vinegared rice with fish and vegetables) and easily tightening SUSHIMESHI (rice seasoned with vinegar, sugar and salt). CONSTITUTION:This automatic apparatus 1 for producing rolled SUSHI consists of a feeder 2 consisting of a hopper unit, a belt conveyer 5 and a press roller unit 6 and a winding device 3 consisting of a conveyer 10, a cutting unit for SUSHIMESHI, a dried seaweed feeding unit 12 and a winding mechanism 13. A reed screen belt material 17 capable of winding the SUSHIMESHI 4 put with SUSHI ingredients into a small path stretched by opening an arm 21 is disposed. When the reed screen belt material 17 is loosened by closing the arm 21 through an opening and shutting device, a forming dog 18 freely removable and having a given diameter hangs down by its own weight at the same time. The belt material 17 is formed to nearly cylindrical form by the forming dog and the SUSHIMESHI 4 is wound up by rotating the belt material 17 and further tightened by pressing with a tightening roller unit 19 to obtain MAKIZUSHI (rolled SUSHI). |
