摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic wave shield panel excellent in execution properties and lightweight properties by providing a hard polyurethane foam layer between a surface layer composed of a conductive metal panel of which the cross-sectional shape is a horizontal U-shape or the end side part has a stepped shape at least at one place and a rear surface layer composed of a silicon steel panel by foam molding. CONSTITUTION:A conductive metal plate layer 2 being a surface layer of which the cross-sectional shape is a horizontal U-shape or the end side part has a stepped shape at least at one place is composed of a metal alone or an alloy with electric resistivity at 20 deg.C of 1X10<-4> or less and has a thickness of 0.1-2.0mm. A silicone steel panel layer l being a rear surface layer is set to 0.1-5.0 mm in thickness with due regard to electromagnetic wave shielding effect and a handling wt. The hard polyurethane foam layer 3 formed between the conductive metal panel layer 2 and the silicon steel panel layer 1 by foam molding is set to a closed-cell structure especially from the viewpoint of heat insulating effect and the closed cell ratio thereof is set to 85% or more and the density thereof is set to 0.01-0.5g/cm<3> from the aspect of heat insulating effect, strength and moldability and polyether polyol using an aliphatic compd. as an initiator is used as a raw material.
