PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for fiber reinforced synthetic resin (hereinafter, referred to as FRP) made hollow tube body used for a golf club shaft or the like. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing method for a hollow tubular body wherein a prepreg sheet 3 consisting of thermosetting resin is wound around a mandrel 1, heated and formed, a long tape 2 is wound around the mandrel 1. Then, the prepreg sheet 3 is wound around its surface, cured by heating and formed. Thereafter, the mandrel 1 is extracted. Further, the tape 2 remaining in the tube is removed. Since a different diameter part can be easily formed in a hollow part of the FRP made hollow tube body thereby, rigidity can be raised and bending nature and conduct can be added. It is applied broadly as a manufacturing method for the FRP made hollow tube body such as a golf club shaft, a fishing rod, etc. |
