PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container of paper and polyacrylonitrile by securing a perfect adhesion between the paper and the polyacrylonitrile. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a composite container with an outer layer 1 of paper and an inner layer 6 of polyacrylonitrile, a paper container part 2 is previously formed of paper, and at the same time, an adhesive polyolefin resin layer obtained by copolymerizing one or two selected from among acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, ester acrylate, ester methacrylate and acid anhydride with ethylene, is formed on a polyacrlonitrile sheet 3. In addition, the polyacrylonitrile sheet 3, thermally softened and with the molten surface of an adhesive polyolefin resin layer, is laid on the open part of the paper container 2 with the adhesive polyolefin resin layer set toward the open part of the adhesive polyolefin resin layer. Further, the inner layer 6 is formed by tightly sticking the polyacrylonitrile sheet 3 to the internal face of the paper container 2, using a molding means such as vacuum pumping, air compression or a combination of vacuum pumping and air compression. |
