PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-fogging agent composition having excellent adhesivity to the surface of a molded article, developing the anti-fogging effect within a short time, keeping the anti-fogging effect over a long period and useful for the treatment of agricultural film, etc., by using an aqueous dispersion of a specific resin, an inorganic colloid sol and a univalent electrolyte as essential components. SOLUTION: This anti-fogging agent composition contains, as essential components, (A) an aqueous dispersion of a hydrophobic acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 35-80 deg.C [e.g. a polymer produced by polymerizing >=60wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate or its mixture with an alkenylbenzene and 0-40wt.% of anα,β-ethylenic unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the acrylic resin, etc., (B) an inorganic colloid sol (silica sol or alumina sol having an average solid particle diameter of 5-100mμand (C) a univalent electrolyte excluding chlorine compound (e.g. acetic acid, sodium acetate or magnesium acetate). The amount of the component C is 0.01-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the component B.
