PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prove a multi-way car track guide device capable of ensuring a guide roller to sufficiently give the contact surface pressure required at the time of traveling along rails raised at one side. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with adjustment members 18 and 20 jointed to a vehicle via joint points 22 and 24 extended in parallel with an axle, and used to cause a guide roller 32 having a wheel flange 33 to generate contact surface pressure for rails 28 and 30, as well as cushion members 40 and 42 to keep a balance with a rack twist in cooperation with the members 18 and 20. When the positions of the joint points 22 and 24 of the adjustment members 18 and 20 change from initial positions adjusted with a track inclination angleαof zero degree, due to the inclination angleαor a track 12, one cushion member 40 of the adjustment member 18 is shut off, so as to increase contact surface pressure for rails 28 through the member 18 at such a position as subjected to a large load due to the attitude change of a vehicle. At the same time, the other cushion member 42 can be kept released.
