PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately charge fee to a user while protecting user's privacy and simplifying management and procedure in a multimedia network for allowing a sponsor to provide a commercial(CM) and charging its fee to the sponsor. SOLUTION: On a user's terminal 10, a user pays a fee by inserting money information PPC such as cash or a prepaid card into a receiving port 13. A judging part 14 collates a fee based upon information inherent data PID annexed to providing information PP sent from an information provider P through the network, data TID, CID related to CMs with the paid money information PPC and judges whether the providing information PP can be used or not. An information processing part 12 processes the information PP based upon the judged result indicating usableness and provides information to the user as a video signal or a sound signal. |
