Consumable ice containing milk comprises 10-70 parts goat milk or products, 10-40 per cent infusion of diluted syrup or fruit juice, 5-10 per cent sweetener or sugar and 0-5 per cent essence, nuts or nut flakes, cake or similar additives. The infusion used cover coffee, cocoa or similar, fruit juice or syrups and additives such as sugar or sweeteners. The mixture is mainly free of thickening medium and consists of milk, cream and diluted milk products, goat milk, cream or diluted goat milk products.
