PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform flow rates of fuels injected from fuel burners for all pairs of the fuel burners. SOLUTION: A rotational speed adjustment master instruction V is estimated by processing a difference between a total fuel flow rateΣQ obtained by adding fuel detection flow rates Q1, Q2 flowing through upper and lower stages fuel supply pipes 1, 2 and a requirement fuel flow rate instruction Q0 defined by a power generation output instruction, and combustion burner pair number ratiosα1,α2 are calculated by dividing a combustion burner pair number burned on the upper or lower stage by the total pair number of the combustion burners burned on the upper and lower stages, and further corrected fuel flow rates QC1, QC2 are calculated by multiplying the revolution adjustment master instruction V by the combustion burner pair number ratiosα1,α2. The rotational speed of fuel pumps 3, 4 are adjusted by corrected rotational speed adjustment instructions VC1, VC2 calculated on the basis of a difference between the corrected fuel flow rates QC1, QC2 and the fuel detection flow rates Q1, Q2 for each stage.
