PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably air condition to meet an air conditioning request or a cooling or heating switching request from a plurality of rooms by a general user by providing an operating means for outputting a signal for starting or stopping an absorption water heater regarding start or stop of an indoor unit. SOLUTION: An operation controller 20 is communicated with a control board 41 of each indoor unit via a signal transmission line 62. When a switch or the like is operated by any controller 40, its signal is input to corresponding board 41. An absorption water heater and various valves are controlled in response to an operation signal and inputs from detectors. For example, when a user instructs an operation stop to the controller 40 of one indoor unit 31 during cooling mode operation, an operation of a supply fan 42 is stopped according to a command of the board 41, cold or warm water flow control valve 44 is closed, and cold or warm water supply to a heat exchange coil 43 is stopped. Accordingly, safe and efficient operation or stop can be conducted only by a user's operation from the room. |
