The confectionary item comprises a candy product (1) arranged in a housing having a holder (4) and a transparent removable cap (8). The candy product is secured to the holder by a stud (7) which penetrates the candy product to prevent relative movement between them, and the cap covers the candy product. The holder member has an internal compartment provided with a sealing member (12), the internal compartment holding a surprise product such as a toy, tattoo or additional candy product. A clip (9) is provided for attaching the confectionary item to a person's clothes. |
