<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an element against the static electricity generated during the course of a production process and to enhance the yield thereof by forming wiring by a laminated structure of at least two layers of conductive layers which are the same as the plural conductive layers constituting thin-film transistors(TFTs). SOLUTION: An input terminal 71 and wiring 41, 42, 51 to 53, 61, 62 are so arranged that at least one of the wiring, for example, the video data supply wiring 53, (is so arranged) as to turn around the outer periphery of the forming region of a drain driver 5 in the state that only the respective wiring pedestals and input pedestals are formed. The part passing in proximity to the outer side of at least the drain driver 5 is provided with the wiring pedestal in common use as an electricity shielding line 10. Namely, the wiring 53 in this part is formed of the laminated structure of the wiring and the wiring pedestal in the final. The electricity shielding line 10 is disposed in the early step of the production step, by which the static electricity generated at the next input terminal part 7 or the edge of the substrate 1 is absorbed and shielded by the electricity shielding line 10.</p> |
