FIELD: metallurgy, manufacture of metal parts coated with several layers of mineral substance. SUBSTANCE: process involves sequential deposition of several layers of mineral substance based on silicon dioxide and sodium oxide. Elements of substance of mineral coat are presented in layers in various proportions. First layer of coat has thickness not less than 200 ?? and is made of enamel, second layer has thickness more than 100 ??. While metal part in the form of body of revolution is manufactured from molten pig iron it is subjected to treatment with magnet, inoculation and centrifugation of pig iron are conducted during deposition of first layer of coat.
