PURPOSE:To produce an operating manual preparing device which can prepare an operating manual with small work load. CONSTITUTION:An input means 106 supplies the algebraical specifications 102, and a storage means 110 stores the syntactic rules 108 and the natural word generating rules 109. An arithmetic means 111 is connected to the means 106, an output means 107 and the means 110 and applies the syntactic analysis to the specifications 102 based on the rules 108. Then the means 111 successively applies the rules 109 to the result of the syntactic analysis to prepare a manual 105. The means 107 outputs the prepared manual 105. Thus it is possible to decrease the jobs to describe the general parts specifications exclusive for a manual preparing device by supplying the algebraical specifications prepared as the external specifications. Furthermore the matching properties can be easily kept between the external specifications and the manual 105. As a result, the manual 105 can be prepared with smaller work load. |
