<p>The invention concerns a portable autonomous acupuncture apparatus comprising a housing (2) having on its external surface a plurality of metal pins, each pin constituting the output terminal of a pulse generator mounted in the housing and means being provided for mounting the housing removable on part of a patient's body. The invention is characterised in that each pin is connected to at least one pin, by means of an electronic programme comprising seven functions, the connections between the pins being selected according to the disease to be treated. The invention is particularly useful for treating obesity.</p> |
